Legal
Terms of use
Last updated 28 October 2026
These are the rules for using this website. We’ve kept them short and in plain English.
The short version
- The website and the free answers are general guidance, not professional advice.
- Our prices exclude VAT, and we confirm them in writing before any work starts.
- Our liability is limited as far as the law allows, and English law applies.
01About this site
This website belongs to Linktelligent, the AI partner for IT managed service providers (MSPs). Our main website is linktelligent.ai. When we say “we”, “us” or “our”, we mean Linktelligent. When we say “you”, we mean whoever is using the site.
By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
02Using the site
You’re welcome to read the site and use it for your own business. Please don’t:
- use it for anything unlawful, or in a way that could harm it or other people
- copy it, sell it or republish it as your own without asking us first
- try to break into it or interfere with how it works
The words, designs and logo on the site belong to Linktelligent unless it says otherwise. You can print or save the free answers pack for your own use, and share it in your own client conversations.
03Services and prices
The site describes what we do, but it isn’t a contract and it isn’t an offer you can accept by clicking a button. We talk to you first.
All prices exclude VAT. We confirm the price and what’s included in writing before any work starts. Any work we do is agreed in writing first, and what we agree then is what counts.
04The free answers
The free pack, “The AI questions your clients are asking”, is general guidance. It isn’t legal, security, financial or other professional advice, and it can’t take account of your own situation.
When we mention results from 1-Fix, they’re real examples from our own business. Yours may be different, and we can’t promise you’ll get the same. Please check anything important with a suitably qualified person before you act on it.
05Booking a call
The “Book my free call” buttons open a separate booking page in a new tab. That page isn’t part of this website, and it has its own terms and privacy notice. Please read them before you book.
The free 30-minute AI opportunity call is an introduction. It doesn’t commit you to buying anything.
06Our responsibility
We take care over what we publish, but we can’t promise the site is always up, error-free or right for your situation. You use the information on it at your own risk.
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for losses that come from using this site or relying on the free answers. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t legally be limited, such as for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
07Other websites
The site links to other websites, such as the booking page. We don’t run them and we aren’t responsible for what’s on them.
08Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the site after a change, you’re agreeing to the new version.
09Which law applies
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If we ever have a dispute we can’t settle between ourselves, the courts of England and Wales will deal with it.
10Getting in touch
The easiest way to reach us is to book a call and tell us what you need. You can also read our privacy notice.
