Privacy notice
Last updated 28 October 2026
This explains what happens to your information when you use this website. We’ve kept it plain.
The short version
- The free-gift form on this site doesn’t send or store your details on our servers.
- Your first name stays in your own browser for this visit, so the thank-you page can say hello.
- Fonts load from Google. The booking button takes you to a separate booking page with its own privacy terms.
01Who we are
This website belongs to Linktelligent, the AI partner for IT managed service providers (MSPs). Our main website is linktelligent.ai. Under UK GDPR we’re the “controller” of any personal information we hold about you, which just means we decide how it’s used.
The easiest way to reach us is to book a call.
02The free-gift form
The free-gift page asks for your first name and email address. Here’s exactly what happens to them:
- Nothing is sent to us. The form works in your browser only. It doesn’t send your details to our servers, or to anyone else.
- Your email address isn’t kept. We check that it looks like an email address, and that’s all.
- Your first name stays in your browser. It’s held in your browser’s session storage for this visit only, so the thank-you page can greet you by name. It goes when you close the tab or window.
- We don’t email you the answers. They appear on the thank-you page.
Because of this, we don’t add you to a mailing list, and we don’t send you marketing from this form.
03Fonts from Google
This site uses Google Fonts (Space Grotesk and Inter). They’re loaded from Google’s servers, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads. Google may receive technical details such as your IP address when that happens. We don’t control that, and Google’s own privacy policy covers it.
04Booking a call
The “Book my free call” buttons open a separate booking page in a new tab. That page isn’t part of this website. It has its own privacy terms, and whatever you enter there is handled under those terms. Please read them before you book.
06Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have rights over your personal information. In plain words, you can:
- ask what we hold about you
- ask us to correct anything that’s wrong
- ask us to delete it
- ask us to stop using it, or to limit how we use it
- object to us using it
- ask for a copy you can take elsewhere
- take back any consent you gave us
Because this site doesn’t collect your form details, there may be nothing to find. You’re still always entitled to ask, and we’ll answer.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
07Changes
If we change how the site handles information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If we start collecting details through the form, we’ll say so here first.
08Getting in touch
To ask a question about this notice, or to use any of your rights, book a call and tell us it’s about your privacy. You can also read our terms of use.
