With 60 clients and 10% buying AI from you, that's 6 clients. Your 20% share would be about £84,480 a year: £74,400 from AI projects and £10,080 from AI Business Brain fees. Running your own MSP on the AI Business Brain could also give you back about 110 hours a month.
These are estimates from your numbers, not a promise. Project values are examples only; real projects are scoped and quoted one by one. Partners earn 20% of everything we sell to the clients they introduce, for life (25% for Platinum Partners, who are on the AI Business Brain). Time saved assumes quarterly reviews for every client, each cut from about half a day to under 30 minutes, and 20 tickets per client a month, each saving 2 minutes through ticket classification, as at 1-Fix. We've left out the ticket chatbot, which can save up to 10 minutes more on some tickets, so this is on the cautious side.

We keep working, at no extra cost, until your AI Business Brain is connected to the systems agreed in your Roadmap and your team is trained to use it.
That's a promise about our own work, which we control. We don't promise savings figures for your business.
And the Roadmap credit. Your £1,950 Roadmap is 100% credited against your first project if you go ahead within 60 days.
07 · Questions
The worries we hear first.
It won't suit you if you just want a shiny new tool to resell, or you're hoping AI will fix a messy business. AI can drastically speed up a good business, but it can't fix a bad process.
We'll just use Copilot. It's already in our Microsoft stack.
Copilot is “Level 1” AI, and it's where a lot of MSPs stop. The AI Business Brain works across your whole stack, including ConnectWise, Xero, your documentation and tickets, and it usually pays for itself by replacing tools you already pay for. At 1-Fix it replaced CloudOlive and Cognition360, about £600 a month.
If I introduce you to my clients, how do I know you won't take them?
We never approach a business that already has an MSP. Your clients see your brand, not ours. We stay in the background, you stay the trusted advisor, and you earn 20% for life on what we deliver to them (25% as a Platinum Partner).
£5,950 and then £700 a month is a lot when I'm not sure it'll work.
Fair, and that's why you don't start there. You start with the £1,950 Roadmap, which shows where AI saves you the most time and gives you a fixed quote before you commit to more. If you go ahead within 60 days, the full £1,950 comes off your setup. And our guarantee means we keep going until it's live and your team is trained.
Finishing the Roadmap on its own makes you a Partner at 20%. The AI Business Brain is highly advised, because you need to be using AI effectively before you can sell AI to your clients.
What does the £700 a month cover?
Maintenance, support and all future updates to your AI Business Brain.
My team haven't got time to learn another system.
It gives time back. At 1-Fix the ticket chatbot saves technicians up to 10 minutes per ticket, and the ticket classifier saves 2 minutes per ticket. Training is part of the setup.
I'm technical. I should be able to sort this myself.

Do I need to know anything about AI?
No. That's the point. We bring the AI skills, and you bring the client relationships.

Do I need to be a Platinum Partner?
No. Most partners start as a standard Partner once their Roadmap is done, earning 20% for life. Platinum is there if you want a faster, hand-held launch with your own branded sales materials and an extra 5% for life. You need to be on the AI Business Brain to join, and we're happy to talk it through on your call.
